Account is blocked

Hello. Could you please tell me which community manager can help me resolve the issue of my account being blocked a few days ago? I have submitted several support requests, but all they do is redirect me to create a new request or advise me to reach out here, on the forum, to CG_LucifersDaddy. How true is this? As far as I know, this manager has not been involved in EA matters for several years now. Is support really only capable of responding with outdated template information?

We are allowed to question the merits of your appeal, so it's not off topic per se.

LuciferDaddy gets the reports sent to his email, so he doesn't need to sign in. That is why you don't see any activity.

There is now a form you can fill out. Here is the link.

  • Dear gaming community: I kindly ask you to return to the topic of this discussion and help me figure out which of the current game managers is capable of conducting an investigation and assisting me in restoring my gameplay. Unfortunately, the support team is unhelpful and keeps pushing me to create new and new tickets or directs me to the forum to contact a manager who has not worked at EA for several years.

  • Seems to be pretty slim evidence when you look at this GAC record as a whole.  Who cheats on a handful of battles to only end up with a 50% win rate?  Cheaters by and large are much more blatant then what has been shown here.  swgoh.gg isn't a perfect site either and spits out garbage on occasion.  However, most cheaters, like I said before are rather blantant and win 5 second matches with g8 farmboy luke solo vs. full GK squad or the like.

If this guy cheated, it make very little sense based on his overall win/loss record and not cheating in all battles in a GAC.

Also to add on, you only have 9 toons g12+, and 7 of them are g12 for the raid. The rest are all lower. 1.7m seems quite high for what toons are available.

SEE vs JMK and no damage to SEE? From experience, I can't see that, plus there is no tank (on either side) so there is a high likely hood they would go after SEE. It looks like SM got CAT'd 1st, so that would nullify the "can't be targeted" from deceit, so SEE would be open.

Vader vs GAS is a little sus, I can understand there is a lot of TM control from Vader's lead, and the stun potential, but that does away if Rex gets ten up.

NS vs SLKR, I know it's 3v1, but it's g12 vs R7, one AOE and they should be done.

None of these battles are outright clear instances of cheating, but they do give some pause.

Disagree on that one - the longer the battle lasts the less likely it is SEE would have full health and protection.

  • Considering he took over 2 minutes and used a full team makes it a lot less suspicious.  Cheaters are almost always under 10 second matches using severely undergeared toons.

This counter worked 3 times in the previous GAC season. 2 of them were by you, including this one where your SEE didn’t have his ultimate activated and only had 4 zetas.

SEE beating SLKR at all is suspicious, but to do it without his ultimate, without all 6 zetas AND without losing any health or protection is extremely suspicious to me.
