AGI Gear Challenge

MK III Arakyd Droid Callers need to be moved to Tier IV. Take the MK V binoculars out, and replace them with the Droid Callers. That way we don't have to choose between two of the most necessary pieces of gear, the MK V syringes in Tier IV and Tier V, or the MK III Callers in Tier III.
