We (below 80mil) wanted new content, because we enjoy spending time playing the game. We aren’t getting it. And even those getting it are actually getting less play time (Geo is 4 days vs Hoth’s 6 days).
(And personally, I really dislike the choice of one TB or the other for the same reason.)
I get all that, I guess I am of the opinion that if you want to get the new content you have to work for it - just like we did with raids along the way. Our guild started small, merged with another small guild along the way (got to 25 members). Then we started recruiting and then lastly we started an alliance with a larger GP guild. All that was to make sure we could do the top tier of whatever content was out there. My advice to those guilds below 80 mil, is to get after it. We don't have a release date yet for the TB (at least I haven't seen one), so spend the time now to get those slots filled with the right people. You have time, spend it working toward the goal. If you can't do it with your current guild, I guarantee there are other guilds in the same boat and would welcome a merger of your core friends.
