You need to work on GP. You need 80mil.
Deploying gp is a main thing in TB, that's why it is restricted.
Hopefully, after 100 comments, everyone will understand that...
I honestly dont think thats the mAin issue.... i think everyone understands if you join GTB at 80 mil your making a possible bad gamble.
I think the issue is smaller guilds breaking before a TB leaving those people with now half their hoth rewards.....
Honestly they need to get out in front of it now. Find out whos on fence about ditching to move up..... find a replacement now before you get stuck the day of TB.
Good officers will make or break a lot of these on the fence guilds
