Any chance of using Phasma in this meta?

Speed phasma world great on offense, but is absolute garbage on defense

She will probably be great on a FO team once we get closer to Ep8 and a lot of FO toons have been added or reworked. For the moment tho... she can't really stand up to your average Rebel, Empire or Droid team, so I would hold her and FOTP in reserve until the ineviatbale FO/ Resistance meta

Im not lvl 82 yet but phasma seems amazing at that lvl.

Depends on your expectations for rank and how strong your lb is. When I was making teams for my last two tourney runs I came up with a team that includes Phasma, but not in lead, that only lost one toon total in 11 fights.

Anakin, QGJ, Ahsoka, Rex, Phasma. I basically just picked out teams that were slower than my Rex and destroyed everything. It would probably be horrible on defense though since Rex doesn't use his tenacity up/TM gain first

I used Lando Phasma STH Ackbar 88 in the tourney vs a lot of teams that couldn't handle aoe well. Basically just bomb them before they can respond.

I love Phasma, in the current meta she doesn't hold up in the arena but in GW and raids she is my go to lead for my strongest team.
