Anyone know what caused this glitch and therefore how to avoid it in future?

I had a tough opponent in a GAC Ships so I used the Raddus first and used the Holdo Maneuver to take out the Capital Ship then went into a much easier second fight against the remaining enemy fighters...

i saw something like this after using holdo maneuver on a previous fight, mine was a TIE hidden in the distance (far right) but never fully disappeared from sight except for when the camera swings for the CapShip turn but then the camera swung back and could see the TIE in the distance
