Are Hera, Chopper and princess Leia RogueOne characters?

Becouse on TB phase 6 7* R1 toons are needed... im just currious. Except obvious characters: K-2SO, Cassian, Jyn, Bistan, Bodhi, Chirrut, Pao, Scariff Rebel Pathfinder, Baze Malbus is this "trinity" R...

For Hoth TB surely, only LS toons can be used... (deployment doesn't count)
