Are mercs still a thing?

If so, do they clean hAAT P4? Lol.

Since I started on my guild, we've never had issues with raids and heroics until hAAT came in.
Finally, this third time we tried, we've managed to reach phase 4 and we are wondering if those almighty saviors called "mercs" still exists.

    No, but as of a few weeks ago CG stealed an update that pretty much prevents guild hopping now.

    Thanks! I was aware of that change, but you know, still had to ask. There might be a black merc market of some sort. Lol.
