are mk9 binoculars in shipments?

Yes. IIRC they are 1250 for a full piece is shipments. Also show up as five pieces of salvage in fleet shipments. I think I've seen salvage in guild shop also.

guild shop has only the raid-only gear. in fleet shop it's 4 pieces for 650 currency... which is pretty expensive.
I honestly have never seen this one in shipments though.
I find that spending crystals for full gear is the best deal after the 50/100 refreshes

You're probably right. I've been on the Boba grind for what feels like forever. I need one more bino to get him to G11. Shield generators, cuffs, and binos have all blended into the endless grind abyss over the last few weeks. Can't wait to be done.
