Its always been like this

Conquest store goes live when conquest is active, but nothing can be purchased until conquest begins

Why have a store if you can't buy anything? Can anything be purchased between conquests while there's no countdown, because I thought I could purchase gear there just yesterday.

Never go in there but pretty sure you were able to buy the non consumable items regardless of whether a conquest was running.

It certainly looked like you could purchase this whole time. Although I've never actually TRIED to purchase stuff from it before, so I guess I don't really know.

Can a mod opine on if this is by design or unintended?

You were able to buy the gear and the hero shard even after the event ended.

Thanks, because I don't know what it is, but the stun guns are so rare in the stores... I'm always hunting them down but it's like finding a Taurus in the Safari zone.
