Argument for bonus rewards based on damage

Well, in team sports everybody on the team gets the same reward for winning the tournament — what's your point with this example?
If you're referring to variations in salaries among team members, then you can use whatever 'salary system' you like in your guild. Feel free to ask your guild leader for a raise ;—).
