B28 & Sith Fighter missing Sith Empire tag?

I noticed there was a category, which is pretty evident for Malak. How come Marauder and Assassin ships aren't Sith Empire, since it's probably both required for Leviathan? Someone asked me earlier if I thought Palps shuttle would be, but that makes no logical sense.
