Can't be copied, it's unique.

I am assuming you don't know the trick to see what they do in battle? Tap and hold an ability and a popup box will appear describing what buff or debuff does.

Unfortunately, this explains the buff, and not the lock icon.

Any buff that can't be dispelled is locked. Same happens with the B1 droids in P3 of the AAT.

Yah was first showcased in one of the events (maybe for Krooper). Boba in my team had that locked icon

I was seeing health immunity being unable to be dispelled in a raid. Think it was phase 4 of AAT.

Yeah, the Healing Immunity from each phase of the raid when it gets enraged has a lock on it as well to show that it can't be cleansed.

Yeah that is the un-dispellable healing immunity they added to the enrage mechanics recently.
