Can't figure out this speed question

Howdy, so i am running droids in arena. Team is JE, which goes first but... I also run Hk-47(175), Ig-86(174) and Ig-88(171) and some random dude, Qui Gon mostly. Why does 88 go first, sometimes 86 bu...

Just collecting B2, soon there. And yes to max damage of 88 id like hk go first. Gotta try to get better speed for je, cause slowing the ig-88 could be a bad thing after initial damage burst. Ill give it a try though. B2 to go second might be a bit too hatd at the moment.... mods....
