Can't report pvp cheaters by ally code in arena or fleet arena because we can't see their allycodes.

Current forum instructions say to report cheaters by listing your allycode and their allycode, but we can no longer see the allycodes of people in arena or fleet arena. Does the in-game report button do anything? I first reported a cheater back in january, but he's still there taking top spots in our all-executor ship shard with his 5 star home one.
