CG I’m begging you

PLEASE do two things for me and all the other players out there who have been hanging on for years.

  1. Hire some competent help.  Even if it’s just one person.  Someone.  Anyone!  

  2. Give that person just one task…fix your G-D game!

I mean for God’s sake you want money don’t you?  We know you’re not doing this for player satisfaction, to demonstrate technical expertise or as an homage to Star Wars.  You’re doing it to squeeze money from players which is fine, it’s a business after all but if people can’t or won’t spend money because a bug prevents it or they get the wrong stuff why bother?  We’ve seen the error message then the pack disappears bug before and the I bought a LSB but got crystals bug before…these aren’t new.  You know about these.  Why are they still occurring?  Is it because you think support is bored or perhaps we find dealing with them to be fun and engaging?  I don’t know or care if they are bored but I can tell you right now no one in their right mind enjoys trying to get a resolution out of support.  I hate giving you guys money because I feel like it enables the terrible job you’re doing (imho but I think a quick scroll through the multitude of hotfixes/reported bugs supports me) but there are actually 4 LSBs I wanted to buy today.  One error and disappeared bundle later and I’m actually glad I didn’t succeed because I’d probably have received crystals instead of Hutts.  Getting nothing is the lesser of two evils because it’s easier to fix.  Now that I’ve ranted for a bit let’s bring this back full circle.  CG exists to earn money.  Players can’t spend money because your game is broken.  Please fix your game.
