I don't think EA will add anyone from kotor anytime soon. Not only is it not canon, but most people haven't heard a thing about it.. I love Republic Commando and would love for delta squad to be in the game, so I understand where you are coming from, but the fact of the matter is that with the new movies there are so many more important people to add in. Putting in all of these Sith also takes away some of the rarity of sith in the canon universe also. I would love to see all of these additions, but its unlikely happening unless it gets massive support, because the majority of the fan base probably haven't heard of the expanded universe.
It's not like the only characters in the game are particularly iconic, seeing as Dathcha, Veers, Mob Enforcer and Sun Fac are in the game, who most 'casual fans' probably haven't heard of. The repeated argument of 'oh it's not canon' doesn't work either, as it has been confirmed repeatedly that 'non-canon' characters can be used. You can definitely make a case for the likes of Tusken Shaman being EU characters as well, as I don't think that part of Tusken culture is explored at all in the new books/comics. Also, I think that Delta Squad appeared in a TCW episode anyway.
