Same issue here. I feel like an idiot clicking "review" before putting in the promo, but this is ridiculous. It clearly was a scam to get people to buy it inadvertently - and I fell for it. If they don't refund me I'm uninstalling - my frustration at EA over this game has been growing over time and this is the last straw.
Please EA, you make enough money with your P2W game - don't **bleep** off the F2P and light spender community directly.
