Community ManagerThis “appeals” process sucks. Was banned over a week ago. Tried really hard for a week to get in touch with ANYONE but you’re all useless. “EA help” didn’t help, googled CG contacts, the tech support forum, even reached out to Meathead on discord. Literally, you all did nothing. And that was after putting in 2 appeals to your bullsh*t coliseum robo-ban. I hope you lose players over this. Great F’ing job on your 10yr celebration. I hope it’s your last.
I am in the same boat brother. It's been over a week, and I've submitted numerous appeals; I am still banned for this Coliseum BS. I even made a forum about my situation. No replies from devs or CMS, and no corrections yet to this False banning problem.
