^^^ What he said. Chromiums are only worth getting if your prepared to spend a lot to 7* that toon or if you only care about unlocking toons. I find crystals to be best spent on refreshes or gear from shipments. If your gonna get a chrom, get the 8x. It guarantees a full drop.
