CLS Legendary or what?

So if this is not Legendary then I would assume that it would be back sooner rather that later?
Why two weeks for the packs and one week for event?
With the territory battle that requires CLS would only one guild mate need complete it or does it require so many or all?
I myself just need OB half way to five stars so don't think I'll make it. Been farming him since it was announced with as many refills I can do.

    All I know is I missed him by exactly what I dumped into ewoks thinking they were important. Missed Old Ben and Leia by exactly that much. Let me just stop the, "EA never said that ewoks were important to CLS", crowd. They made the announcement on the very same day, and several YouTubers came to the same conclusion. F@#$ing ewoks.
