Compensation never received for era leveling mix up

A lot of us fall in that window and never got compensation.  My guess is the krakens and larger whales git compensated while the smaller whales and dolphins get effed.  Gotta keep those biggest spenders happy 

Yep same boat. Feels like a total scam. EA help is useless. I spent real money and saved crystals to obtain levels that were given out for free. On top of purchasing a couple of packs after the change was made.

CG made out like bandits since the free levels resulted in a bunch of people (at least in my guild) purchasing shards for their characters to take advantage.

The fact that no compensation was offered or at the very least some kind of communication around the issue is so scammy. I still enjoy playing the game but I guess I’m officially a F2P account going forward since you never know when they’ll do this again.

Just to put it out there 7* unlocks potentially benefitted the most. They could boost to very high Era on the free currency and get higher relics than otherwise. It’s the mid spenders who lost out the most as FTP entirely caught up as I use crystals to 5-6 star (with crystals earned in game so possible FTP) then spend on Era, wasting full resources and money invested. That’s why I wanted my money or crystals back. It’s that I could of got the same level for free.

I was just looking for information on this as I was wondering where the compensation was. I purchased packs to ensure relic at end of Era, before update, as well as materials and currency with crystals but did not 7 star, the packs were pointless as I got higher era, as everyone did regardless of spending, after the update.

What was qualification for compensation.

Aight. Time to screenshot the original post and file a billing dispute with my card company. Everyone else affected should do the same; hit them in their wallet hard enough and they might actually do what they promised. But even if they don't, you'll get your money back.

They replied in discord that they were only giving to those who had it at 7 stars and bought era materials during that small window… the post was annoyingly misleading making it sound like they were going to make good on the screwgy they gave out but alas they aren’t … 

In the original post, they promised compensation for people who had purchased upgrade material packs equivalent to their crystals. The 30k crystal compensation was supposed to be in addition to that if you had 7* unlocked. Did they just abandon the effort for the rest of us?

As far as I understand it was supposed to be the players that had Cassian 7* unlocked when the big update dropped.  However,  Ive seen a lot of players that met the criteria not get any compensation and only get the runaround when they try to contact EA support

Do we know if they've sent out compensation to any of the non 7* Cassian players? Or was meathead only referring to the 30k crowd?
