Conquest hard sector 2 boss bugged

1st attempt with R5/R7 Padme team, 1st fight was GK v Ice, GK done 1k damage and event timed out?
2nd attempt with SLKR team, Hux beaten in 4 hits! KRU eventually won as he is a tank but still 1.5k damage, then it hung with Ice as per the pictures.
40 currency used with nothing in return, other than frustration!
