To get the character 100% 7☆ for free you must complete every tier every day during the event.

The event dosen't last for a week like the android event.
I don't think we are gonna 7* any of them. Seems like it only happens if someone "paid" them to make that happen... :/

I hope we will be able to 7* them in a k2so style event; if we have 5, 7* characters.
