Count Dooku Multi-Attack chance secretly nerfed?

For the past two days now my Count Dooku only double attacked twice in the five attempts in squad arena and about five galatic war attempts. Considering its 50% chance, I guess I'm just getting terri...

It is more than 50% chance. Look at his unique.

He has a chance to gain TM when countering. He could counter once, gain TM, and attack again which looks like a counter. It is actually a new turn. The AI does it so fast you can't tell.
