Crystal refreshes

i just spent 1100 crystals on guild shop refreshes so I could get the 1 shard I needed which is in regular rotation and it NEVER appeared..SERIOUSLY??

That's what a freemium model is. If EA/CG didn't make money off big spenders, the players who don't pay wouldn't be able to play at all (especially since this game has no ads). The more money they make from spenders, the better the game is for everyone. Incidentally, I've only spent about $50 since I started in November 2015 (16+ months ago) - so a guppy.
