Let me start out by saying that I like this idea... I think there is merit in it. However, I would like to pose a question. How will you distinguish between a large guild with mostly inactive players, a medium guild with semi active players, and a small guild with very active players? I created my own Guild a year ago, so I understand what it is like to be in each of the options... and so I am curious what your thoughts on the matter are.
To distinguish those guild types, I’d say have a month long timer for the individual players in the guild. If a player in the guild has been inactive for a month or more, that amount (1800 raid tokens) is deducted from the total requirement to start a raid. If they start playing again, they have the three day lockout for being able to join a raid once becoming active again (like the lockout period when someone joins a new guild). Once that lockout period ends, the 1800 raid tokens are added to the total requirement again.

Thanks! That seems like a reasonable solution! Hopefully, it will be implemented.
