Who should I replace? I feel like without Vader or boba my overall damage will be too low before getting wiped.
I've made it to phase 3 every attack, but I normally just get run over by Rey and the resistance troopers cause I don't deal enough damage to take them out.

I'd replace Vader. The multi-stun and potential revive is wonderful. If they kill Shore but you revive before the end of the fight it's still a 3* win.

Drop Vader. Try to borrow one with a zeta. Add another Empire/Sith toon that now does TMR and gains turn meter when inflicting debuffs.
