Question - deflection comes from "resistance" stat, not tenacity, right? Anyone saw how drain force interacts with Tenacity up?

It seemed to me that it penetrates Tenacity up... But I should verify it to be sure. But I see no reason why it should actually - it is an effect like TM reduction which can be resisted by tenacity. Or it's like QGJ's cleanse that can only be deflected but not resisted (or DN's basic, lol)

deflection = dodging/evading special dmg
dodge = dodging/deflecting/evading physical dmg
resisted = resisting a debuff/TMR due to the tenacity/potency check
Drain force can't be resisted, even with tenacity up. However it can be deflected (since it's special dmg, but means dodged/evaded) and it only has a 50% proccrate (100% proccrate vs debuffed enemies). So when used it doesn't automatically mean the cooldown is increased on every character on the opposing team, it might not procc or be deflected.
