Wow, this all actually sounds excellent. I particularly like the rewards being equalized for the guild as a whole ala Territory Battles - it should help make sure the whole guild grows at a similar pace while ramping up towards Heroic, rather than those who were already placing the lowest also getting the least help towards improving. I was not expecting that, but it's a pretty welcome change, compared to the rather big difference that placement makes in your gear rewards currently.
I look forward to seeing these changes go into effect.
