Didn't receive Apple gift card bundle

Hi,

I purchased a $50 Apple gift card from Target, and when I chose to "claim bundle" in the Apple store, it said I already redeemed the maximum bundles, even though I only purchased one card.  How do I get the bundle properly applied to my account?
