Does Dots reset kylos cool downs?
Because was a 50% cool down reset 2 dots should keep him with no cool downs.

- Yes DoTs count as damage. That's why you can't use Zader against GG in the tank raid. 7 DoTs keep him going perpetually.
And the chance at cool down reset doesn't stack. With two DoTs it's a coin flip, and if that one fails then another coin flip. Still good odds.
