Does greedo gain turn meter when zam detonates his thermals?

Yeah it's very hard to tell the difference between it I've been trying it quite s few times and it's hard to notice

I wish one of the devs could chime in and give us more concrete details in regards to thermal mechanics. I've been using Greedo for quite some time and I'm still not 100% sure when the tm kicks off. I think it's after they explode. Posted about it a few times but never got anything concrete.

Looking at the mechanics on swgoh.gg looks like he gains the TM when he places the thermals. Probably another case of bad wording in the ability.
