Does the whole team need to be r7 datacrons?
Does the whole team need to be r7 for the level 9 part of datacrons? Since it’s only benefitting 1 person I would think that just the person that it’s benefitting would be the only one that would be r7.

- Only that specific character needs to be r7. If they're r6 or below they still get all the other bonuses.
