Episode Track and Galatic Challenge don't mix well

I see a lot of players out there that use to getting the red crate and rewarded for it , now are not able to get any rewards at this time, unless you're up for the purchase items including 7-star a new character in order to receive them nice rewards. The best thing to do is email CG_meathead and let her know what the problem is so that the information will be passed to the developers. I will not be participating in the GC until this issue is addressed due to my time being more valuable to focus on more important items in this game. If they don't know it needs fixed, it won't get fixed.
