Error code 9.0

I would think that EA would fix this problem after Month. I'm not able to do any capital ships batter. There was a discussion that you could only play one time. Well I don't even get 1 chance so while everyone is getting capital ships upgrades I keep falling behind. I'm considered a every day player and have spent quite enough money on this game. There's got to be some real idiots working on this problem.
