Tried to buy the Kyrotech salvage bundle 2, it then error coded 9, and i had to reload the game, noticed that the item hadn't been redeemed, so clicked again as usually that fixes it, istead it charged me again, and crashed again.
I have got two purchase confirmation emails, however haven't got either of the bundles... i have tried to 'restore purchases' but it has not got me the kyro.
Experienced the exact same thing this morning. Tried buying the bundle on PC Client, got Error Code 9, restarted and tried buying one more time, same error loop. Didn't get items from either purchase attempt.
Decided to leave it and try it on my phone when I got to work, was able to successfully purchase one bundle on my phone, but then I noticed I got charged for the 2 that failed on the PC Client. I have the confirmation emails and am holding off on purchasing anymore until further word.
I noticed that no discount was applied on the EA Store - so I decided to wait. I'm feeling lucky that I did now. Good luck guys, I hope this get fixed soon.
Same thing happened to me, I came here to report the bug but see that it's already been reported so I'll just add my name to the list of people who were impacted by this.
