Exceeded the ammount of raids i can do per week?

Question here:

Recently our guild started a new Heroic AAT raid when i wanted to go into battle there was a (!) when i clicked on it it said that i exceeded the ammount of raids per week and i would net get rewards.

Why is that? I never jumped the guild

Is this supposed to be?
