Fleet energy bugged
So my fleet energy shows the (xm xs) countdown...then when it hits zero it starts over, and I have no fleet energy at all. Prepare for patch #3 :D

I'm still refreshing to zero and I refuse the refresh fleet energy until I'm confident that it won't go to zero.
