Evidently you skipped over my last line. The difficulty of this event ramps up tremendously if you don't use the event special, and while it's true that I was a bit hasty to call it scummy, I lack a good team to pull it off with. The inquisitors are seriously juiced in this, and the teams I normally use to tackle Simple Tricks feats are crumbling apart almost instantaneously, so I'm understandably a little miffed.
As I said, GCs reward roster depth, among other things.
The devs aren’t required to make events that every player can complete with whatever they have geared up.
Which is why I took back my comment of it being "scummy", but that I was frustrated my usual Simple Tricks team couldn't do anything

My CLS team isn't quite up to snuff, but it's normally good enough for Simple Tricks and is my best team for it, hence my frustration. I am trying to get them levelled up more but I don't want to push relics just to get 3PO, and Kneesa is a nightmare to farm.
