Galactic Challenges - Undermanned Not working?
In the last challenge, and in this one, 4 characters are not receiving undermanned rewards. I have to battle with 3. While 3 is undermanned, so is 4. Am I the only one?

When I am trying undermanned, I dropped magna. In wave one, where I discovered this, again, B1 demolishes all on the first AOE. I won't do any more of these. Been playing almost 5 years, and this is just more poor game design. 4 is undermanned, period.
