Game Loading Mechanics Broken?

I get something like that sometimes going into a battle. The screen is all fuzzy and distorted. Maybe uninstall and reinstall might work? I’m also having the wonderful lag problem that never ends no matter what I try. SWGOH is the only app I have these annoying problems with.
