Tie Pilot is definitely not a trooper. Troopers are ground soldiers, the pilot is a pilot.

Super Commando is a better question, but I would guess that he's supposed to be some kind of elite, where the Imperial Trooper category may be meant to be more for the grunts. Though how that would square with Death Trooper, I couldn't explain.
