What are the gates on the free 66 TG shards? Some people can see it and many others can't.

If your account is underage, or you have JTG 7* you can’t get it from what I know. Could be more
Reason I say underage is because the webstore for an underage account can’t make purchases with anything other than in game currency like crystals
