Get all his shards from the shipments while you farm Hera, who is exclusive to cantina nodes. The same should go for any exclusive toon in cantina. Farm them before the ones that aren't exclusive. farming ezra from cantina nodes is the way to go imo. Sure, you can also farm him from the fleet store (not the guild store), but i wouldn't. It's a cheap node, doesn't take that long and i would rather farm zeta's than ezra shards in the fleetstore.
full disclosure, i farmed ezra from cantina nodes, fleet store and shard shop, but that was just because of the limited time i had before the event ended.
