Health equalize heal through shock?

Question

In node two of GW, I was up against a Jedi team, Luminara was shocked and in yellow health. Barriss did her special to equalize, and Luminara went from yellow to green. She definitely still had shock on. Is health equalize not considered healing (since some toons could lose health)? Is this WAI?

WAI. She doesn't get the final 10% heal, but does get the equalize.

@Acrofales is correct.  The equalize portion of the power works through health block and daze, they won't get the additional heal on top of it

Just a heads up for OP. Chirrut functions the same way, and the equalize portion will also function through heal immunity, but I believe that debuff is meantioned in the tooltip now.

Except Chirrut's equalize cleanses all debuffs and changes them to HoTs, so how would you ever know?
