euromillion is 1 to something about 60-70 million btw.

I think it is random. I finished with only 2 and got 5 mil, and usually only get a 1.5 or 2.5 with full squad.

If this will be random you will get something between 1,5 - 10mil. almost every time. For me it's 2.5 mil 99% of the time, so clearly probability isn't equal on this range.

It's random, just not uniform. The distribution is weighted towards 2.5.

Ever since I unlocked the last tier, probably 3 weeks ago or so, I've gotten 1.5-2.5 every time except once, last week I got one 10m
