HELP!! Unable to replay to get better stars in Tier 4 of Leviathan in Journey Guide

Hello so I just finished all journey guide tiers and finished the bonus tier of leviathan event in event tab. But when i went back to Tier 4 in Journey Guide, I can replay it but it wont let me finish...

You don't need 3 stars in the Journey Guide. All that matters is to get more shards, and those you get in the events.
