HELP!! Unable to replay to get better stars in Tier 4 of Leviathan in Journey Guide

Hello so I just finished all journey guide tiers and finished the bonus tier of leviathan event in event tab. But when i went back to Tier 4 in Journey Guide, I can replay it but it wont let me finish...

thanks very much!! And after next month, do you go straight to perfect 3* first or you did the event tab first
