Heroes purchased in Shipments menu not showing up in characters panel

I recently purchased a hero from the Shipments menu on IOS.  The hero never showed in my hero inventory even after a couple game restarts.  Also note that I purchased this character over 8 hours ago.

Am I missing something?  Do I not meet a requirement to be able to play IG-88?

EDIT: I see now they were shards and not the actual hero.  Please ignore this.  I'm an idiot.
